Foodtech Grand Prix 2025 to be held

　株式会社リバネスは2025年10月11日（土）13:00より、9社のパートナー企業、10社のプロフェッショナルサポーター、5社のスーパーファクトリーグループと共に、フードテックグランプリ2025を開催します。
　当日はテックプランター2025に応募いただいた335チームの中から厳選されたフードテック領域のファイナリスト12チームがプレゼンテーションを行います。

About the Foodtech Grand Prix
　フードテックは、「サステナブルな食産業を生む」ための技術が集まる領域です。これを実現するには既存のフードサプライチェーンに加え、ロボティクスやAIなどの食と関わりのない分野のプレイヤーによる参入が必要となります。またこの領域では、アカデミアで進められる多様な研究の実装による新たな切り口の創造も求められます。食の課題は、畜肉における環境負荷や、東南アジア各国における糖尿病患者の多さなど、世界、国家規模の課題とも繋がっています。これらの課題と、その解決に繋がりうる技術の組み合わせが広がる中で、具体的な一歩を踏み出すことが今必要とされています。
