    Hisako Matsubara
    He holds a Master's degree in Agriculture. He has experience in diverse business fields ranging from research and development to business management, regional development, and educational development, and has been an executive officer since 2012. He is responsible for project development utilizing the assets of major companies and core regional companies, as well as supporting R&D and business development for venture companies. He is also responsible for branding and human resource development planning and development in the Corporate Planning Office, and works to strengthen the foundation and increase the value of the organization.

    Satoshi Tsuchiya
    After working for ORIX Corporation and Mizuho Financial Group, joined Ogaki Kyoritsu Bank, Ltd. in May 2014; appointed Director and Nagoya Branch Manager in June 2017; appointed Managing Director in June 2018; responsible for promoting various sustainability initiatives so that the Company can contribute to sustainable community development as a leader of local recycling society In June 2024, he was appointed as Director and Managing Executive Officer (current position).

    Yukiro Otsuka
    Obtained Master's degree (Aerospace Engineering) from Osaka Public University. While in school, he participated in the Bird Man Contest and won second place as a pilot. After graduation, he joined Toyota Tsusho Corporation, where he worked in Thailand and the U.S. He joined Otsuka Corporation in 2019 and will become President in 2022. He is currently promoting in-house development and collaboration with startups to maximize the power of Japanese textiles.

    Masahira Kawakami
    In April 2011, he joined Tokai Co. As an executive officer, he has served in the Corporate Planning Office, Leasing Business Division, Silver Business Division, and since April 2020, Business Development Division. Currently in charge of "New Business" and "Overseas Business. Through business activities centering on "rental", he aims to create businesses that can contribute to solving social issues in "medical care", "nursing care", and "environment".

    President and Representative Director, Hase Tora Spinning Co.
    Kyouji Hase
    Born in Gifu Prefecture, he graduated from Reitaku University in March 2003. In April of the same year, he joined Hase Tiger Spinning Co. After serving as president of the Osaka branch and a subsidiary in China, he became the fifth president of HASETORA Group in December 2019, and was selected as one of the 10 "WWD JAPAN Next Leaders" for the next generation of the fashion and beauty industry in 2021. Focusing on the development of cutting-edge materials, he continues to challenge the revival of Made in Japan.

    Deputy General Manager, Development Division, Miyayoshi Glass Co.
    Ryoichi Kawai
    Born on July 18, 1984, he is 41 years old. Born in Kasugai City, Aichi Prefecture, he joined Miyayoshi Glass Co. in 2007. After working in the residential glass building materials and non-residential glass construction divisions, he became the Deputy General Manager of the Development Division in 2025. Currently, he is focusing on business growth and new value creation by managing two divisions to achieve the mid-term business plan.

    General Manager, Innovation Promotion Department, Yamada Shokai Co.
    Toshiyuki Kimura
    After graduating from Meijo University, Faculty of Science and Engineering, he joined Yamada Shokai Co. in 1986. After many years of experience mainly in administrative divisions, including the road construction division of gas works, he joined the Innovation Promotion Division in 2022 and has been in his current position since then. He has been involved in surveys of sewer pipes and buildings through the use of drones, land-based shrimp farming, and will continue to use the power of engineering to improve resilience in four areas: energy, infrastructure, agriculture, forestry, and fisheries, and the living environment.

    Genichiro Yoshioka
    After graduating from Seijo University, he joined ITOCHU Corporation. Ltd. in 2006, where he served as Deputy General Manager of the Sales Division, concurrently Managing Director of a Hong Kong affiliate, and Senior Managing Director before assuming the position of Representative Director of the company in 2015. He has also served as Representative Director of Ansell Corporation since 2016 and Bill Morgan Corporation since 2008. I would like to engage in various activities to give back to the textile industry and the local community.

    Yo Wakasa
    Joined Nihon Unisys (now BIPROGY) in 1993. Since then, he has been engaged in upgrading the systems of financial institutions, focusing on the core system domain of regional banks in the Chubu and Kansai areas. In recent years, he has been working with regional banks, local stakeholders, and various start-ups to promote business ecosystems to address social issues such as regional economic revitalization, and to realize a sustainable society in the DX era.

    Yuta Yatagai
    After joining Mizuho Bank, he worked in corporate sales for about 4 years, business alliance and business creation support for about 6 years, new business development sales focusing on startups for about 2 years, and M&A advisory for about 7 years. He has been in charge of supporting open innovation activities and new business creation of large companies at the Innovation Company Support Department since August 2024.

    Hajime Yamaya
    After graduating from Tohoku University and working in corporate planning at an R&D-oriented semiconductor venture, he joined Realtech Holdings (his current company) in 2015, leading the formation of the Glocal Deep Tech Fund, which will actively invest in ventures originating from the region in 2020. He aims to solve global issues and revitalize local economies by supporting and fostering ventures with outstanding technologies in cooperation with participating regional financial institutions and business companies.

    Takuya Goto
    His specialty is fusion reactor system design. He has developed system codes for helical fusion reactors. In addition to helical type, he has experience in conceptual design of tokamak type and laser type fusion reactors. After working as an assistant professor at the National Institute for Fusion Science and the Graduate University for Advanced Studies, he co-founded Helical Fusion Co. D. from the University of Tokyo. D. in Science from the University of Tokyo.

    This project aims to create a circulation of phosphorus resources, of which Japan is currently 100% dependent on imports. By processing and circulating the largest unutilized phosphorus resource in Japan, "pig-pulp manure," a new phosphorus resource circulation mechanism will be created.

    Circular economy with microwave technology using solid catalysts

    Conventional chemical recycling involves high temperatures and high pressure, resulting in CO₂ emissions and high costs. This technology aims at social implementation of technology to recycle polymer wastes into small molecules under normal pressure and neutral conditions by local heating of catalysts with low-power microwaves.

    While DBT is becoming increasingly popular, the high-precision phantoms that are essential for quality control are expensive and difficult to obtain, and accuracy assurance in the field is inadequate. We would like to realize a domestically produced QC tool by combining the knowledge of universities and clinical laboratories with the precision machining technology of companies.

    Electrically charged screen door that adsorbs pollen and prevents it from entering indoors

    While ventilation changes the air in a room to maintain a comfortable and clean environment, there is the problem of pollen and other allergens entering the room. The development of a screen door with an electrification function effectively adsorbs these allergens and reduces the inflow of pollen during ventilation by up to 95%.
