- This program supports the creation of new industries from within Ishikawa Prefecture based on research results and technologies.
The "Ishikawa Tech Planter" is designed to discover and nurture teams that are passionate about changing the world through science and technology from Ishikawa Prefecture. In Ishikawa Prefecture, which boasts one of the nation's highest concentrations of higher education institutions and niche-top companies in the manufacturing industry, each support organization will collaborate to provide support that takes advantage of their respective strengths. - subject (of taxation, etc.)

- Those who have a vision to change the world or improve the world based on technology seeds in the deep tech area (manufacturing, robotics, mobility, IoT, artificial intelligence, materials, biotechnology, medicine, healthcare, food, agriculture, marine development, resources, environment, energy, etc.) and have the will to establish or develop new businesses. Those who have the will to establish or develop a new business.
- Both individual and team participation is acceptable.
- Even before incorporation as a corporation is acceptable. Even if already incorporated, there is no limit to the number of years of incorporation.

Entry Deadline
We will screen your application based on the information you submit. We will ask you to submit information about your team, skills, passions, and vision for the future via web form and video. All applicants will be notified of the screening results and provided with feedback on their applications.

Finalists determined
Interviews will be held for teams that pass the document screening process to brush up their presentations for the Ishikawa Tech Plan Grand Prix. In addition, interviews can be set up with partner companies for the purpose of business consultation and collaboration development.

The 3rd Ishikawa Tech Plan Grand Prix
Contestants will give a 7-minute presentation and participate in a 7-minute Q&A session with a panel of judges from partner companies. The Grand Prix will be held semi-closed, and in addition to contestants and partner companies, local businesses and universities will participate.
