    Yuko Ueno
    D. in Science. He joined RIVERNESS in 2013. In 2013, he joined RIVERNESS and has been involved in discovering and nurturing deep tech startups in Southeast Asia, as well as designing new businesses for Japanese companies in collaboration with startups. After gaining experience in supporting overseas expansion of Southeast Asian and Japanese companies, he was appointed as General Manager of Group Development Business Division in October 2021. He also serves as a director of 6 overseas subsidiaries of RIVANES and affiliated companies that invest in venture businesses.

    Yosuke Obata
    After obtaining a doctorate in engineering, he joined a consumer goods manufacturer, where he worked in the R&D and business divisions. He was involved in product planning and formulation development for health care products and medical devices, and also engaged in basic research on human physiological and psychological effects through the five senses. He then joined Esthe Co., Ltd. and has been the General Manager of the R&D Division since 2024. Currently, he is engaged in overall management of R&D, focusing on the creation of new value for Kaori x Wellness.

    Ryuichi Ayabe
    In 1997, he joined Reishunkan Seiyaku Co. In the R&D Department, he was engaged in the development of various products including Domoform Wrinkle, etc. In 2009, he was a member of the Study Committee on the Smooth Implementation of the New Pharmaceutical Marketing System (Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare). 2010, he became a director of the company and subsequently held positions of responsibility in the Domestic Business Department, Advertising Planning Department, Overseas Business Department, Corporate Strategy Department, and Manufacturing Department. In 2022, he was appointed COO of the group company Human Relation, Inc. In 2024, he launched and became the representative director of Rejuvenation Co-Creation Laboratory, Inc. as a wholly owned subsidiary of Rejuvenation Pharmaceutical Co. Pharmacist.

    Yasuhiro Doi
    Born in Chiba Prefecture in 1974. After graduating from university, he studied abroad and worked for a forwarder company in maritime export business before joining Shinyo Corporation in 2002. In 2015, he became a director and general manager of the company, and is currently engaged in the promotion of newly developed businesses, including unmanned aircraft, mainly in the security and defense area, as well as the promotion of startups and venture companies to utilize new technologies.

    Born in 1978, he joined Sumitomo Rubber Industries, Ltd. in 2013. He is assigned to Research Department 3, Research and Development Division. He is engaged in the development of rubber rollers for electrophotography, medical rubber used in syringes, and high damping rubber for seismic dampers, etc. From January 2024, he has been promoting new businesses, including institutional design of new businesses, in the Research Planning Department, Research & Development Division.

    He has studied telecommunications and industrial design in Japan and Australia, and has a career that spans three fields: planning and development, design, and IT. In his current position, he is engaged in creating new businesses that provide new values and styles to the world.

    After working for a financial institution and a consulting firm, he currently works for the Corporate R&D Organization (D-LAB) of Japan Tobacco Inc. (JT), where he promotes activities to explore and create businesses for the realization of the JT Group's Purpose. He also serves as a program advisor for the Japan Science and Technology Agency's (JST) Comprehensive Practical R&D Program (RInCA), which deals with "ethical, legal, and social issues in science and technology.

    Yuki Nakajima
    Born in 1986. After joining JR East as a new graduate, he was in charge of the real estate area. He was in charge of the real estate area. He promoted a 6 billion scale value-add project for the properties he owned. Later, he proposed the Ekina share office "STATION WORK" within the company and promoted POC, launch, scale, and sale of the business. He is now in charge of launching LiSH, a business creation facility in Takanawa Gateway City, from 2025. In May of the same year, he opened LiSH with the aim of making it the world's most advanced center for demonstration experiments, and is promoting the co-creation of 130 companies.

    Joined Food Distribution Division in 1999, engaged in sales promotion of sales equipment for beverage manufacturers and convenience stores. In 2021, he was assigned to his current position. Engaged in sales promotion activities for service products to follow up with customers for stable operation and to solve problems, mainly for plants over the entire life cycle of equipment supplied with power electronics.

    Ryu Nakagi
    D. in Engineering from the University of Tokyo. D. in Engineering. A computational biologist specializing in the development and application of analysis algorithms for whole genome and epigenome data, he founded Rhelixa, Inc. in 2015 to support omics research. Since its inception, he has supported over 13,000 research projects and is currently leading the research and development of EpiClock®, a biological age measurement technology, and social implementation projects with medical, corporate, and local governments.

    As health hazards caused by poor posture while using a PC have become a social problem, we have developed the "Spine Meter" in collaboration with the Department of Orthopedics, Tohoku University. This system accurately determines the user's posture using only the facial images from the PC's on-board camera, and promotes posture improvement.
