  D., Pharmacist, Graduate School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Tokyo University of Pharmacy and Life Sciences, founded REVANES in 2002 with only undergraduate and graduate students of science and technology while in graduate school. After completing the doctoral process, he worked as Assistant Professor and Lecturer at the Faculty of Science, Kitasato University, Assistant Professor at the Graduate School of Medicine, Kyoto University, and Specially Appointed Associate Professor at Keio University, before assuming and concurrently serving as Professor of Advanced Pharmaceutical Sciences at the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Kumamoto University and Visiting Professor at the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Keio University from 2018. While conducting research and development, he has been involved in launching joint research projects with universities and research institutions and supporting the establishment of research institutes. He has also been involved in the launch of many venture companies and serves as an advisor.

  Atsushi Komatsu

  In 2016, after graduating from the University of Tokyo Faculty of Law, he joined the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. After serving as Assistant Director of the Regional Enterprise Upgrading Promotion Division of the Regional Economy and Industry Group, Assistant Director of the Environmental Policy Division of the Industrial Technology and Environment Bureau, and Assistant Director of the New Energy Division of the Agency for Natural Resources and Energy, he has been in his current position since July 2025 (seconded from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry). He is working to rebuild and strengthen industrial support in cooperation with related organizations in order to further improve the lives of prefectural residents through economic ripples and wage increases through the growth of the prefecture's industries.

  From 2004, he was engaged in OLED development at a semiconductor company (Atsugi, Japan). After working at a research institute in Kumamoto, he is currently working at Kumamoto University as a research assistant (URA), where he is in charge of project management and the creation of university-launched startups.

  Kazuko Tarumi

  Born in 1956. Born in Kikuchi. Graduated from Kumamoto Prefectural University and worked as a teacher at a private high school for 4 years, and then, wanting to take on the challenge of becoming a marketing planner, engaged in direct manufacturing and sales of cosmetics at a mail order company that was still in its infancy. With experience in everything from advertising to telephone systems, manufacturing, and logistics, she established an activity to develop products that were truly needed by consumers all over the country, which she wanted to do herself, together with professional developers. For the past 30 years, all development, manufacturing, etc. has been BPO, and the staff is dedicated to producing products with consumers.

  Joined Nihon Unisys (at that time) in 1990.
