Tochigi Tech Planter

TOCHIGI TECH PLANTER is a program to create new industries from Tochigi Prefecture, which has developed as one of the leading manufacturing prefectures in Japan, through collaboration among industry, academia, and government. The "Tochigi Tech Planter Grand Prix" will be held with the aim of discovering and fostering teams, mainly from universities in Tochigi Prefecture, that will change the world from the local community.
